BEDA is committed to helping those affected by BED through exploration and support of best practices in treatment and recovery that honor the individual’s needs and circumstances. A non-profit organization that links resources, information and support for eating disorders in Silicon Valley. The mission of EDRC is to increase awareness and understanding of eating disorders for the general public and for health professionals; to promote early diagnosis, effective treatment, and recovery; and to advocate for mental health parity legislation and effective insurance coverage.

National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders, Inc. (ANAD)

An organization working in the areas of support, awareness, advocacy, referral, education, and prevention. ANAD is the oldest organization aimed at fighting eating disorders in the United States. ANAD assists people struggling with eating disorders and also provides resources for families, schools and the eating disorder community.

UNC Center of Excellence for Eating Disorders (CEED)

CEED emerged from the vision and passion of a concerned mother who vowed that no other North Carolina parent should have to struggle to find appropriate care for their child in our State. Since they opened their doors in 2003, the three pillars of the Center remain clinical service, training, and research.
